Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Several types of goods are exempt from returns:
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines
- Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Certain health and personal care items
Return Process
To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may apply to:
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or with missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit applied to your original method of payment within several business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund, please:
- Recheck your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company; processing may take some time.
- Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, please email us at contact@ziazonellc.com
Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you. If the gift giver shipped the item to themselves to give to you later, a refund will be sent to the gift giver upon return.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please email contact@ziazonellc.com for return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. In case of a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
For more expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
